Our Expanded Polystyrene Formula is a rigid, light-weight solution designed and produced exclusively for the surfboard industry. Not just developed for high quality machining and sculpting characteristics, Hexloc’s higher density and strength improve your boards riding characteristics. Surprisingly strong, Hexloc’s unique closed‐cell structure offers excellent resistance against moisture and direct contactwith salt water, and will not rot, mold, or mildew. This EPS has a superior R-value which means its insulation properties help extend the life of the exterior compsition of your board. No mimimums on all house blanks. Custom blanks are minimum order of 20 pieces. All Churchill Blanks are block cut from Hexloc™ 2.0 virgin EPS foam. Stringers are machined from 4mm Poplar Ply. Made in the USA.
